Tender description

We are looking to purchase a multimode monochromater microplate reader capable of conducting fluorescence (intensity, polarisation and time resolved), UV-Vis absorbance and luminescence assays. We require the following features: - suitable for 6-384 well plates - linear and orbital shaking - incubation up to 70°C for kinetic assays - ability to accurately read plates with varying volumes - ability to conduct microvolume assays with sample volumes of 2µl - Plate reader software license, software to be compatible with windows 11. - optional CO2/O2 control - optional reagent injector
