Tender description

This RFQ is for Storage, Maintenance and Retrieval of Paper Records to include Scan Demand Services. The primary objective of the contract is to provide external storage of paper records by providing secure storge, maintenance and retrieval of paper records including the facility of a scan on demand service across all Durham County Council buildings when required. The facility to manage access to paper records by requesting indexed paper records which are then diitised and transmitted electronically to a specified and secure location. The proposed Contract start date is from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further 24-months.
