Tender description

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) is looking to hear from interested parties that can offer a bespoke service of non-fiction book PR to support its publishing activities. Each year, The Garden publishes a number of books of botanical, environmental and horticultural interest. Its books often serve to disseminate the results of scientific and horticultural research and open up its three collections - the Living Collection, Herbarium and Library and Archive - to a wider audience. Suitable contractors should have specialist experience of creating and implementing bespoke non-fiction book PR campaigns and they must be able to provide evidence that their book campaigns reached target audiences across a variety of media, from print to digital. They should have experience of raising the profile of authors through expert comment and speaking engagements. Knowledge and experience of building a publishing brand is essential. The Garden is looking to engage with any interested parties from May 2022.
