Tender description

The Council wish to facilitate the development and regeneration of a former gasworks site, "Ship Street", which will make a major contribution to the regeneration of East Folkestone. A residential led scheme comprising both houses and apartments, as well as some live/work units, potentially self-build. The Council therefore requires the services of Site Investigation (SI) contractor to support the proposed developments at Ship Street.
