Request For information (RFI) - IT Service Desk Software

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish solutions that are currently available in the marketplace for the provision of IT Service Desk Software (Further detail can be found in the RFI document) All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal. The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project. Please note, this exercise is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present solutions to the Trust. The Trust invites providers to complete their RFI in the allocated timeframe and return to the Trust via NHS Sourcing for information. Further to the above; as part of the pre-market discovery exercise, Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust may wish to invite providers to present their Solutions to key stakeholders of the Trust. Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust provides no commitment to award a contract or commence any tender process as a result of this market engagement exercise. At this stage Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust are developing their strategy for procuring such solution
