Provision of Health and Safety Management System incorporating Online Safety Training

Tender description

Maynooth University intends to purchase a health and safety management system that incorporates a fully end-to-end training solution. The system should be Cloud based and accessibly via multiple devices. It is expected that the solution will be rolled out to staff on a phased basis (The University currently has ~1,200 staff). A small cohort of postgrad and undergraduate students will also access the system. The solution should be fully integrated with our Active Directory to allow Single Sign On (SSO) by end users. The solution should include all functions of a comprehensive health and safety management system and also incorporate an end-to-end training solution which offers users access to a range of online health and safety training modules. The health and safety management modules should be available as required and a facility to turn on / off (make available) the modules as they are being rolled out to depts. The system should be fully scalable with the ability for additional modules/users to be added at any time.
