PIN Health coaching and physical prescribing pilot

Tender description

Essex County Council are exploring a pilot project focusing on health coaching for adults with a Learning Disability and Autism in response to the Councils levelling up strategy and to help reduce inequalities across Essex. The proposed service will focus on increasing a sense of empowerment for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism around their general health, upskill support staff and networks around health action plans and healthy living tips, and increase levels of activity for adults who have not been able to access opportunities since the onset of the pandemic.
