Tender description

DCU seeks to acquire cutting-edge bioanalytical technology for the quantifying molecular interactions between ligands and biological targets by detecting changes in fluorescence intensity across temperature gradients, thereby calculating binding affinities and extracting thermodynamic parameters. We require technology that will allow rapid, high-throughput testing using minimal sample concentration and volume to identify and progress therapeutic leads.
