<p>Barrow Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide design services to the Council for the Low carbon Barrow programme Low Carbon Barrow is a programme of funded activities aimed at reducing Carbon Dioxide emissions in the Council Boundaries. Suppliers are sought to produce a design which acknowledges the input from our funders, and which can be amended to be reproduced across the following media (as a minimum) &bull; Vehicle livery &bull; Weatherproof stickers &bull; Removeable banners &bull; Permanent plaques As Low Carbon Barrow is a time limited programme, we are seeking suppliers who can commit to tight deadlines and who can provide confidence that these will be met. We are also seeking to work with suppliers who have knowledge and understanding of sustainable substrates and the design implications of working with such Barrow Borough Council does have an expectation that any designs produced will be owned by the Council and the Council will have full and unhindered access to and use of the designs as it sees fit. The Council will also wish to ensure that any designs are not used by the supplier for any purpose other than that approved by the Council.
