LBS - Windows, Doors and Glazing – Replacements & Repairs

The works will comprise of the following in isolation to individual properties, or multiple items to individual properties: • The surveying of existing doors, windows or glazing to establish size, type and situation in preparation for possible ordering and replacement. • The renewal or replacement of external doors and frames to specification, including associated works. • The renewal or replacement of windows to specification including associated works. • The renewal or replacement of glazing. • Gas testing where open flue appliances within properties have been affected by the replacement or modification of windows and doors. • To utilise and manage safe temporary working platforms where required Lot 1: Leeds Building Services are the internal service provider (ISP) of Leeds City Council. LBS maintains approximately 31500 housing stock on behalf of Leeds City Council and all non-housing properties within the Leeds City Council asset portfolio. LBS are responsible for the delivery and management of this contract.
