The project involves the design & build of a new play for toddlers & juniors at Moss Side Park, Dunkirk Lane, Moss Side, Leyland, PR26 1TW. Social Value will form part of the evaluation criteria for this procurement. Bidders must therefore follow the guidance within the tender documentation in respect of submitting their social value offering.
