Tender description
The council is looking to change the way in which we help people living in this scheme at night. Before we can make any decisions about changing how we help people we need to consult with tenants on how this may affect them. Time is needed to complete the consultation exercise. Due to the nature of the service (night-time sleep over), TUPE implications, short term nature, uncertain future and value of the proposed contract this service is not attractive to the market.
