CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF LEGAL SERVICES IN RELATION TO THE PROCUREMENT OF A SUPPLIER FOR THE OVERSEAS PRIME CONTRACT (SOUTH ATLANTIC ISLANDS)

Tender description

(1) The Customer requires legal advice and support in relation to the selection and appointment of a single supplier to carry out hard and soft facilities management services in respect of the Authority's South Atlantic (non-UK) estate such facilities management services to be procured under the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 (SI 1848) and provided under the Overseas Prime Contract - South Atlantic Islands awarded pursuant to such regulations (such project being the Project). (2) The Customer has in respect of this requirement followed the call off procedure set out in paragraph 3 (Direct Award Procedure) of Panel Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of the Crown Commercial Services - Framework for General Legal Advice Services and has awarded this Legal Services Contract to the Supplier by way of direct award.
