Interest is sought for the appoint of a single party to oversee the management of the ISV in its entirety (“the Top Co”). In addition to the Top Co interest is sought for the day-to-day specific operations to be undertaken by a series of ‘best in class’ operational partners (“the Op Co’s”). The roles and responsibilities of the Top Co is principally one that encompasses the overall coherent and coordinated general management of the entirety of the ISV and its operational partners. The overarching role of the Op Co’s is to diligently and commercially operate the facilities in full collaboration with the Top Co.
