Undertake a programme of stock condition surveys, analyse and report findings on a cross tenure house condition survey that achieves a 50% sample of individual properties over the 5 year term of the appointment, plus 100% of common and external areas being surveyed every year. Lot 1: Procurement exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified building surveying company to undertake stock condition surveys and provide reports on Caledonia Housing Association Group Stock, all as se tout in the tender document.
