Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) wishes to engage a recruitment partner to provide a confidential and professional Executive Search & Selection service. The successful bidder must have a proven successful track record in operating Executive Search in Northern Ireland, ROI and GB; matching candidates to executive appointments within Local Government in Northern Ireland. NMDDC is seeking expert assistance to attract a selection of suitable candidates, resulting in the appointment of a talented individual to this senior and strategic role. This soon-to-be vacant role will be one of four Director posts reporting to the Chief Executive. A copy of the Job Description is enclosed (see Appendix 1). The all-inclusive salary ranges from £90,747 - £96,438 and it is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point.
