Tender description
Building and Technical Services (BTS) has many challenges - not only to deliver their services on time and within budget but to be more commercial. This has not always been an easy fit but we require an organisation to see how BTS can get to the next level, improve what is already really good performance, but build more commercial approaches to their armoury in order to benefit staff, the Council and residents. The commission requires an organisation who can unlock the massive potential of BTS to deliver world class services to the Town.
