Tender description

Luton Borough Council is looking to engage with qualified organisations via the CCS Framework G Cloud 12 to provide a quote for the service of a Committee Management System which is an IT product, to allow access by the public to agenda papers for committee meetings. The system needs functionality to, amongst other things, easily build and publish agendas, allow members of the public to view agenda papers online, to connect to a livestream meeting using a meeting link and to allow councillors to access both public and private papers safely.
