Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake boiler plant room replacements, along with all associated works to 6 of Trivallis’ sheltered housing schemes, throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. The breakdown of the properties, that shall require the works are as follows; I. Llys Gwernifor CF45 3UA II. Ferndale Court CF43 4PS III. Springfield Court CF39 0HH IV. Church View CF72 9SW V. Garth Wen CF40 2XA VI. Swyn Yr Afon CF39 8SX The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
