Tender description

The Resourcing Communications & Engagement Consultant is responsible for the development of an effective communication plan, and messages, across all users of the Scottish Government recruitment service including external candidates. Working with the Head of Resourcing, you will provide professional communications advice and support on a range of areas including user experience changes, system changes and wider team comms. The assignment is expected to be for 6 months, but this may be extended.
