A Culture and Engagement Survey for Staff

Tender description

The provision of an employee culture and engagement survey to assess employee attitudes that demonstrate an understanding of the university’s values, beliefs and assumptions, manifested on a day-to-day basis. The service provider must be able to administer on-line surveys and project manage the initiative. Effective and efficient delivery of quality services is demonstrated in relation to the budget allocation. The allocation is reasonable and appropriate. Our preference is to pay for the work on a phased basis, in line with verified completion of key project stages.
