Synopsis & Brief - Characterisation of particle size and zeta potential in the food and drink industry is key in understanding production, handling, formulation, processing, shelf life and quality control of ingredients. Particle sizing for powders, emulsions and suspensions can be analysed using laser diffraction systems.
