Tender description

A lack of LA resources and reduced capacity and resilience currently means that there is a shortage of educational initiatives for FBO's. The changes in legislation for allergens to be declared for Pre-Packed for Direct Sale foods came into being in October 2021 and could result in an initial wave of significant breaches, non compliances and misunderstandings all of which could result in the supply of unsafe food.
