<p>The London Borough of Sutton is seeking to commission consultants to undertake a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) and confirm Sutton's Local Housing Need (LHN).&nbsp;</p> <p>The commission will principally comprise an analysis of Sutton&rsquo;s local housing market, including an assessment of current and future housing needs in terms of size, type, condition, and tenure.
