Sprinkler Systems and Fire Stopping Works

Tender description

Trivallis are proposing to install an Automatic Fire Suppression System (sprinkler system) on a programme for flats, maisonettes and Sheltered Housing schemes along with all associated elements to a number of properties within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. Trivallis propose to undertake a series of Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment surveys during the coming months and there may be a requirement for the successful contractor to quote for and complete these works in addition to the sprinkler system installations. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to establish the full scope of work to enable full design, installation and commissioning of an automatic fire suppression system, in accordance with current British Standard statutory requirements together with specific requirements outlined in this proposal.
