We would like to work with an individual or independent company that can provide the council with the additional capacity, expertise and external challenge needed to help determine our website and digital experience strategy (for next 5+ years), and identify the skills, technologies and solutions needed to ensure its successful implementation. We are aiming to rapidly develop and set our strategy by late summer 2022 and to have the first major step change in our development approach with core solutions implemented in 2023.
