<p>Stockport Council wants to review its senior management team grading structure to ensure it is fit for purpose, fair and attracts and retains talent. This involves reviewing the current structure, benchmarking with other organisations, and making recommendations. The scope of the review includes levels from Strategic head of service to chief executive level so around 20 roles.
