<p>Bristol City Council are issuing this Expression of Interest in order to identify providers wanting to bid for the opportunity to deliver a headline cultural project for the public within the realm of the city centre, to attract footfall and increase dwell time and support businesses through increased spending. This Expression of Interest is being issued in line with the "Procurement Policy Note - Reserving Below Threshold Procurements".
