Tender description

The University is looking to provision a Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property (IP) system to manage the entire knowledge transfer lifecycle. From capturing information on opportunities, inventions, and patents, to managing licences and commercial income. IP extends beyond IP rights to patents, trademarks, copyright, and design rights which provide legal protection for any know-how, processes or trade secrets which may be developed during a research project. It is important for the system to allow processes for documenting and managing the intellectual property (IP) generated by research projects. Funders of research require reports on the exploitation of the results of all the research to generate impact.
Keywords: IP
