<p>Newcastle City Council (&lsquo;&rsquo;the Lead Authority&rsquo;&rsquo;) acting as the lead authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, awarded the Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) for: Lot 1 &ndash; Children&rsquo;s Advocacy, Lot 2 &ndash; unawarded Lot 3 &ndash; Investigating Officers (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints) Lot 4 &ndash; Independent Persons (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints) Lot 5 &ndash; Independent Chairs for Stage Three Statutory Children&rsquo;s Social Care Lot 6 Complaints Lot 6 &ndash; Independent Panellists for Stage Three Statutory Children&rsquo;s Social Care Complaints, and Lot 7 &ndash; Independent Persons for Secure Accommodation Reviews on 22.02.2022. As detailed in the original Invitation to Tender, the Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) will be open two times in each 12-month period from the commencement date to allow Providers&rsquo; applications to join the solution or bring new Individuals on to the solution. Applications will only be received for Lots 3 &ndash; 7. We are preparing to hold Opening.One.in early May 2022. The Council is providing a Tender Ready / Pre-Tender support session on 03.05.2022 to support Providers in their application to the Initiation to Tender (ITT) for Opening One. Date: Monday, 3 May 2022 Time: 11:00am &ndash; 12:00pm Method of meeting: Microsoft Teams Areas to be covered: &bull; How to prepare and submit a tender response &bull; How to access the ITT &bull; Documents that will be in the ITT &bull; Documents to be returned in your response to the ITT Attendance at these events will be limited to a maximum of two delegates, per organisation, per event.
