There will be two agents appointed, one for local marketing and one for national marketing, “Local” being within 10 mile radius of the subject site. Lot 43022: Local agent to Market and Sell/Lease Land at Parry Lane Lot 1: Local marketing (within a ten-mile radius of the Parry Lane site) Lot 43023: National agents to Market and Sell/Lease Land at Parry Lane Lot 2: National marketing
