Energy Perfocmance Certificate and Stock Condition Survey Contract

Tender description

This contract is for the delivery, primarily, of our Energy Performance Certificate renewal programme, along with the delivery of our rolling stock condition survey requirements. Fife Housing Group report to the Scottish Housing Regulator on 2,469 self-contained properties annually. In addition to this figure we have a growing stock (51 at present) of mid-market rent properties that will also require surveying as part of this contract. Annually, FHG undertake a variety of property services and upgrades that form part of the organisations forward maintenance plans that are detailed in our 5 and 30 year operational plans. In order to plan and deliver these services efficiently we require up to date and accurate stock condition and energy performance information relating to our assets. Our intention is to survey all of our stock during a three year rolling programme. This will either be as a full SHQS survey or a slightly reduced stock condition survey. We have, we here possible tried to provide accurate quantities against each requirement in the pricing document.
