This service is part of the leaving care offer. The contract is commissioned for 14 young people who are in placement with households. This has now been added as a lot to the North West Framework for Semi-independent and leaving care and Local Solutions have been asked to apply - this will take some time due to the vetting process. This will enable a contractual route for this provision going forward and will negate the need for further exemptions.
