<p>The London Borough of Hounslow requires an experienced Public Sector consultant to conduct research and thereafter outline justification for a robust Business Case, setting out the need for a long-term commitment to an ongoing programme of recruitment for Social Workers across both Children and Adults for the next 4-5 years and beyond. The consultant will work alongside colleagues in LBH in both services as well as a Project Board who are tasked with an initial intake in 2022, to align the current work with the future Business Case.
