Engineering Support to provide a technical review of a concept design for a pedestrian & cycle connection between the future proposed Medical Hub in Colin Campbell Court and the West End of Plymouth City Centre at Market Avenue. It is envisaged that this advice will assist the Council to move the design forward to the end of RIBA Stage 4, Technical Design.
