Tender description

<p>The council is offering a licence to occupy an area of the beach at Uphill Sands, Weston-super-Mare, for the siting of a mobile catering unit. The site will be offered under licence for an initial period up to 31 March 2023. There is also the opportunity for the council to grant an extension to the licence for up to a further 24 months.
