Tender description
From time to time, the Department of Foreign Affairs commissions reviews of organisations in receipt of grant funding. Misean Cara is a recipient of development funding from the Development Cooperation and Africa Division (DCAD) of the Department. The purpose of this review is to examine and assess the effectiveness of the systems and processes in place in Misean Cara to oversee and manage the onward use of DFA funds.
