Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority, on behalf of NHS Workforce Alliance wishes to bring to the attention of the market a future re-procurement of a Government collaborative framework contract (currently RM6160) for use by UK (and any Crown Dependencies) Public Sector bodies identified at VI.3) (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector bodies have need for Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff. It is anticipated that an Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued via https://crowncommercialservice.bravosolution.co.uk following market engagement which will help shape the procurement approach. It is anticipated that the ITT will be published October/November 2022 with a view to a new agreement being live July 2023 Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3. Lot 1: Admin & Clerical Supply The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: Administration and Clinical Secretarial, Finance, Accounts and Audit, HR, IM&T Information and Communication Technology, Health Informatics, Library Services, Medical Secretaries, Procurement and Suppliers, Project Management and PR Lot 2: Corporate Functions The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: Finance, Accounts and Audit, HR, Library services, Procurement and Suppliers, Project Management, PR, Senior Business/ Administration Management, Media Services Lot 3: IT & Digital Workers The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: IM&T, Information and Communication Technology, Health Informatics, Digital Workers Lot 4: Legal Supply The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: Legal Secretary, Solicitor Consultant, Legal Assistant, Lawyer, Principle Lawyer, Senior Lawyer Lot 5: Scientific & Technical (Including Clinical Coding) The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: Health Records Assistant, Clinical Coding Officer Entry Level, Health Records Assistant Higher Level, Clinical Coding Officer, Health Records Officer and Environment and Scientific Services Lot 6: Estates, FM & Ancillary Staff The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers: Catering, Drivers, Estates i.e. Labourer, Electrician, Plumber. Hospitality, Security, Sterile Services and Stores (and logistics) Lot 7: Managed Service Provider (>£2.5m) The requirement is for the supply of Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff from both Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies and covers all roles detailed within Lots 1-6 where contract value exceeds £2,500,000
