The purpose of this market engagement questionnaire is to stimulate interest in the provision of Type 2 Diabetes Structured Education (DSE) across NHS Devon CCG. For suppliers this process will help you to understand NHS Devon CCG's requirements for the provision of DSE from April 2023 onwards, for which a service specification is provided. For commissioners this process will help us to gather necessary information on suppliers who are potentially interested in providing this service, to inform our onward process and decision making. Interested providers are invited to complete a short questionnaire as part of an information gathering exercise by NHS Devon CCG to inform their strategic direction and decision making. The questionnaire is available to download and complete within the Additional Text section of this PIN. Please note that this process is not formally evaluated or scored and does not stipulate that NHS Devon CCG will undertake a tender process for this service or will not impact an evaluation of a future tender process, should one be undertaken. At this stage your interest is sought to help commissioners develop the most appropriate strategy and approach to commissioning this service. The deadline for submissions of this questionnaire is Monday 16th May 2022 at 12 midday. This process is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
