Tender description
These works include making safe dangerous buildings, structures (including protected structures), or places as a result of fire, storm, flood, accident, ground subsidence or other means. Weathering of adjoining buildings, façade retention and or temporary or structural works may be required in certain instances Temporary protection, salvage, retention and setting aside significant building elements, artefacts and materials may be necessary in line with the Conservation Architects/Build Archaeologist instruction.
