Tender description
Metrolink will provide a high speed, high capacity, high frequency, modern and efficient public transport service for people travelling along the Swords/Airport to City Centre corridor in Dublin. MetroLink will be delivered through four main core contract packages. These will be procured as individual public contracts comprising a public private partnership (PPP) in combination with three design-build contracts. As well as these four core contracts, the project will also comprise of a series of advance works contracts packages and a series of directly negotiated bilateral agreements for enabling works. The primary focus of this phase of consultation is on the proposed PPP contract package, including the potential financing arrangements. The PPP contract will be availability based and is expected to have an operational period of at least 25 years. Any interested parties wishing to respond to this market consultation, whether or not they responded to any earlier consultations, are required to send a request to the contact person (named in Section 1.1) by [Wednesday 11 May 2022] seeking to be issued with a copy of the briefing pack for review and completion of the questionnaire contained within the pack by the PIN closing date Lot 241118: Market Consultation Relating to the Procurement of Design, Construction, Delivery, Maintenance and Operations of Dublin Metrolink This Contract will be divided into Lots.Any interested parties wishing to respond to this market consultation, whether or not they responded to any earlier consultations, are required to send a request via the e-tenders messaging portal to the contact person (named in Section 1.1) by Wednesday 11 May 2022 seeking to be issued with a copy of the briefing pack for review and completion of the questionnaire contained within the pack by the PIN closing date.
