Leasing Management of Belfast Transport Hub Food and Beverage Units

Tender description

Translink is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Agent to advise on the letting of commercial units (retail/food & beverage) at the newly developed Belfast Transport Hub. The successful economic operator will be required to manage the property marketing process from instruction commencement in September 2022 through to completion of all commercial transactions. There are 5 no units in total which will be available for handover sometime during Quarter 1 2024. Shutters and shop front will be provided by Translink - fit out for the units would be by the occupier. Electricity is sub metered and charged at cost by Translink to the unit occupier. The Project team are available to discuss these requirements further between 3pm and 5pm on Tuesday 26th April 2022 or between 3pm and 5pm on Thursday 28th April 2022.
