Over the next 5 years, ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design and Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. Lot 1A: Lot 1A Humberside Over the next 5 years, ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the Humberside region and contains the following ports: Grimsby, Immingham, Goole and Hull. Lot 1E: Lot 1E South and East England Over the next 5 years, ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design and Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the South and East England and contains the following locations: King's Lynn, Lowestoft, Ipswich, Plymouth, Teignmouth, Southampton, Hams Hall (Birmingham). Lot 1B: Lot 1B Scotland Over the next 5 years ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the Scotland region and contains the following ports: Silloth, Ayr and Troon. Lot 1C: Lot 1C North West Over the next 5 years ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the North West region and contains the following ports: Garston, Fleetwood, Barrow. Lot 1D: Lot 1D South Wales Over the next 5 years ABP’s objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the South Wales region and contains the following ports: Newport, Cardiff, Barry, Port Talbot and Swansea.
