HCC 01/22 - Provision of services for high-risk victims of domestic abuse

Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) went out to procurement for the provision of a countywide service for high-risk victims of domestic abuse which provides support within safe accommodation and an Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy (IDVA) Service. It should be noted that this figure includes VAT which may or may not be relevant dependent if VAT is applicableFor the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract will be approximately £2,416,390.80 for Lot 1 and £887,524.80 for Lot 2. As detailed above, it must be noted that this figure includes VAT which may or may not be relevant dependent if VAT is applicable.The Contract is awarded for an initial term of Two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contract by a further two (2) years and then a subsequent one (1) year, so up to a maximum Three (3) further years. It must be noted that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
