This requirement relates to the Provision of Flexible Workforce Solutions Services for The Royal Mint Lot 1: TRM has a requirement for a solution to deliver the recruitment and management of experienced and qualified industrial and non-industrial flexible workers of “employed status” with the provider based on the following range of roles (not an exhaustive list): • Warehouse Operatives • Forklift Truck Drivers • Production Operators • Cleaners • Toolmakers • Electrical and Mechanical Engineers • Administrators – Finance, HR, etc • Customer Service Representatives • Royal Mint Visitor and Factory Experience Tour Guides and Retail workers • Other potential skills
