One off” External Windows and Doors Replacement Contract for (Social Housing) . Galway City Council require a contractor to begin upgrade works on “One Off” windows and doors to a property throughout the city owned and managed by Galway City Council. A “One off” is defined as a Galway City Council property that has been scoped for works by GCC Clerk of Works or Foreman where windows and doors require replacing as part of the works to the property. This may consist of more than one door or window and includes any other ancillary works.
