Estates Management - Grounds Maintenance Services

Tender description

Stonewater are looking to source suitable contractors to provide an extensive list of grounds maintenance services across their property portfolio. The requirement has been split in to 6 regional Lots, which sit in line with Stonewater's national geographical coverage (England only). Contractors are expected to cover the full area specified as they may be required to perform additional reactive tasks at other Stonewater properties, which are not included in this tender exercise. The services will be provided to a range of different tenures including General Needs, Retirement Living and Supported Housing, Leasehold Schemes and schemes including Shared Ownership homes. This service has high visibility and one which reflects significantly on the overall satisfaction of Stonewater Limited's customers as such we will ensure customers and Stonewater colleagues are involved in the overall monitoring of the service.
