Contract Award Notice for Domiciliary Care Support Service. Framework for Domiciliary Care service to deliver high quality care and support to all eligible service users within Carmarthenshire. In addition Hywel Dda Hywel Dda University Health Board will also be able call off Service Area 4. Lot 2: LOT1B. Community Assessment Service TTT East 1 Framework Provider & In-House Service Up to 6 weeks assessment service, Right sizing and sourcing alternative ways of meeting needs. Lot 3: LOT1C. Community Assessment Service Amman 1 Framework Provider & In-House Service Up to 6 weeks assessment service, Right sizing and sourcing alternative ways of meeting needs. Lot 4: LOT1D. Domiciliary Support Service TTT West 2 Framework Providers The service will be commissioned as Stage 1 up to 5 hours and stage 2 up to 10 hrs.
