Galway City Council requires the services of a competent person to verify planning applications for Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems compliance with the provisions of the current EPA “Code of Practice Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems Serving Single Houses (p.e. ≤ 10)” Section 2: Galway City Council requires the services of an authorised inspector to carry out a survey for integrity including potential modes of failure and the risk and likelihood of potential failure.
