Tender description

We have six doctors who undertake assessments for us as part of the deprivation of liberty safeguards process. These have previously been paid for by the CCG but this has now stopped and we are responsible for payments. Unknown to us the CCG did not pay the doctors for about a year and we have continuously chased this up only to be informed that they have moved to a new payment system and DoLS assessments are no longer included and have to be paid for by the local authority.
